Role and Responsibilities
- Contribute to live transactions through financial analysis and company valuations.
- Conduct market research to support deal advisory and M&A activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Final year bachelor’s or master’s student, or recent graduate with excellent academic record.
- Previous internship experience in private equity, M&A, or deal advisory preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting and valuation theory and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Clear and confident communication skills in English; additional European languages advantageous.
