About the role

Join Macquarie Asset Management’s twelve-month London graduate programme in the Client Solutions Group. Support investment solutions for clients while gaining exposure to opportunity analysis, research, due diligence, portfolio activity, client materials, product development, and communications across real assets and broader asset management and wealth solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse investment opportunities, risks, and market trends across real estate, infrastructure, private credit, and real assets.
  • Research sectors, markets, assets, and portfolio companies to support investment and risk management decisions.
  • Support due diligence, investment reviews, risk assessments, and portfolio management activities.
  • Prepare client materials, market updates, and presentations communicating insights and recommendations.
  • Support client engagement, product development, marketing, and communications activities across asset management and wealth solutions.

Programme and Development

  • Complete orientation covering Macquarie business groups and build a professional network with fellow analysts.
  • Receive formal training in financial modelling and presentation skills alongside practical on-the-job learning.
  • Work collaboratively with business leaders on meaningful and challenging projects.
  • Receive support from a manager and aligned mentor while gaining industry insight.
  • Explore innovative ways to progress the business in an inclusive team environment.

Requirements

  • Be in the penultimate year of an undergraduate or master’s degree, or final year planning to continue to a master’s degree.
  • Graduate between January and July 2027.
  • Study economics, finance, management, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or another quantitative or analytical discipline.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, strong numerical skills, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
  • Collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships.
  • Show interest in financial services, a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and Excel confidence.
