About the role
Join Macquarie’s Financial Management, People and Engagement division in London, working in Finance & Tax or Group Treasury. The programme offers exposure to financial management, reporting, treasury operations, strategic decision-making, financial markets, risk management and the regulatory environment while developing technical and professional skills.
Role and responsibilities
- Support financial management, reporting, treasury operations and strategic decision-making across Macquarie’s global businesses.
- Work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects across Finance & Tax or Group Treasury.
- Develop understanding of financial markets, risk management and the regulatory environment affecting a global financial institution.
Finance & Tax
- Work on financial, regulatory and tax reporting, business advisory activities and financial management.
- Gain broad exposure to Macquarie’s businesses while developing technical expertise and understanding of global financial institution operations.
Group Treasury
- Contribute to managing Macquarie’s funding, capital, balance sheet structure and liquidity position.
- Gain exposure to financial analysis, reporting, treasury operations and strategic funding initiatives.
