This 4-5 month off-cycle internship in Infrastructure Advisory offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, valuations, and market research on live infrastructure transactions across the UK and Europe.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support Infrastructure Advisory team on live transactions with financial analysis and company valuations.
- Conduct market research and prepare presentation materials for pitches and deals.
- Develop technical and advisory skills alongside experienced professionals.
- Contribute to buy- and sell-side M&A advisory, capital structuring, and debt solutions.
- Assist in enabling clients to secure investment and execute strategic growth opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
- Final year bachelor’s or master’s student, or recent graduate with excellent academic record.
- Basic understanding of financial advisory, valuation, accounting, and financial modelling.
- Strong interest in infrastructure sector.
- Previous internship experience in private equity, M&A, or deal advisory preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous.
