Role and Responsibilities
- Work with the Credit team managing counterparty credit, equity, and asset risks.
- Gain exposure to leveraged loans, high yield bonds, mezzanine debt, and equity investments.
- Complete meaningful projects and present findings to senior management.
- Participate in orientation and technical training sessions.
- Engage in philanthropic and social events to connect with company culture.

Candidate Requirements
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong numerical skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication and ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Proactive, resourceful, and positive attitude with strong work ethic.
- Experience and comfort using Excel with attention to detail.
