About the role
Join Macquarie’s Financial Management Graduate Program in Jacksonville as a Financial Management Associate. You will develop accounting expertise through rotations across Finance and Tax, supporting financial reporting, tax, treasury, regulatory requirements, analysis and business decision-making while receiving formal training and practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver financial, tax and treasury services across Macquarie.
- Support financial management, control, regulatory reporting, tax and business advisory activities.
- Provide financial analysis, market research and business insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support governance, reporting and regulatory requirements across regions.
- Help manage Macquarie’s funding, liquidity and capital position.
- Partner with operating groups to provide reporting, analysis and decision-making support.
Program and training
- Complete an initial 12-month rotation in the Jacksonville office.
- Potentially undertake a second six-month rotation, based on business needs and career goals.
- Attend orientation covering Macquarie’s business groups and professional networking opportunities.
- Receive formal training in financial modelling and presentation skills.
- Develop through practical, on-the-job learning and collaboration with business leaders.
Requirements
- Be an undergraduate student expecting to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, strong numerical skills and clear communication.
- Collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships.
- Show interest in financial services and coursework in accounting, economics or finance.
- Bring a proactive, resourceful and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Have strong attention to detail and experience using Excel.
