About the role

Join Macquarie Asset Management’s Client Solutions Group as a graduate analyst in New York, supporting strategic initiatives for the Wealth business. Rotations across Sales Enablement, Product and Marketing provide broad exposure to the Wealth channel, including helping deliver private market funds to clients while developing analytical and strategic skills.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives for Macquarie Asset Management’s Wealth business.
• Rotate across Sales Enablement, Product and Marketing.
• Help deliver private market funds to Wealth clients.
• Partner directly with business leaders on meaningful, challenging work.
• Develop and test ideas that create new possibilities.

Program Experience

• Attend orientation covering Macquarie business groups with fellow New York analysts.
• Receive formal training in financial modelling and presentation skills.
• Build professional connections and collaborate across the business.
• Receive support from a manager and aligned mentor.
• Gain practical, on-the-job learning and insight into the financial services industry.

Requirements

• Undergraduate students expecting to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort using Excel.
• Interest in financial services, with a proactive, resourceful and positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and ability to build collaborative working relationships.
• Critical thinking and strong numerical skills.
• Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly.
