Off-Cycle Internship, Private Credit
Six-month off-cycle internship with Macquarie Capital's Private Credit team in Paris, offering hands-on experience in private credit investments across sectors. Interns support deal teams in credit analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence, gaining exposure to live transactions.

Role and Responsibilities
- Work closely with experienced investment professionals in Principal Finance team.
- Support deal team analyzing investment opportunities including credit analysis and financial modeling.
- Conduct market research and due diligence assessments.
- Contribute to execution of live transactions across Europe, subject to deal flow.
- Support all stages of investment process within a collaborative European Private Credit platform.

Candidate Requirements
- Motivated final year or gap year student at leading business or engineering school.
- Strong interest in finance.
- Prior experience in corporate finance advisory, M&A, private equity, private debt, leveraged finance, or transaction services.
- Professional fluency in French and English.
- Excellent communication skills.
