Role and Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced colleagues on real-world financial transactions.

Candidate Requirements
- Final year bachelor or master student, or recent graduate with excellent academics.
- Previous internship in private equity, M&A, or deal advisory preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
- Good understanding of accounting and valuation methodologies.
- Fluent in Italian and English with clear communication skills.
