About the role
Off-cycle winter internship with Macquarie Capital’s Strategic Equity Transactions team in Tokyo. You will support senior originators and country coverage bankers on structured equity and traditional ECM transactions, preparing financial analysis, presentations and pitch books, and coordinating deal execution across internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial analysis for structured equity and traditional ECM transactions.
- Draft presentations and pitch books for client and marketing meetings.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties during complex transaction executions.
- Work alongside senior originators and country coverage bankers across multiple sectors.
Internship Experience
