Business Graduate Programme (Data and Analytics)

About the role

London-based graduate opportunity in LSEG’s Data and Analytics Division, starting September 2027. Graduates join permanently and develop through a 12-month programme, gaining exposure to Analytics or Data and Feeds, financial markets, data products, group projects, professional qualifications and a global early-careers community.

Programme

• Start date: September 2027, with permanent employment from the beginning.
• Complete a 12-month development journey focused on foundational professional and business skills.
• Join Data and Analytics and align with Analytics or Data and Feeds based on skills and interests.
• Participate in global and divisional inductions covering LSEG, financial markets and the business.
• Work on group projects aligned with LSEG goals and attend the midpoint Ignite skills offsite.
• Access industry-recognised qualifications, including five study days during the programme.

What You’ll Do

• Develop knowledge of financial markets, data products and LSEG’s Data and Analytics business.
• Analyse information, draw conclusions and propose solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to a customer-centric, product-led organisation serving global financial-market participants.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively across teams and activities.
• Build connections through the global early-careers community, volunteering and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Requirements

• Have completed studies in 2026, or be a final-year undergraduate or Master’s student.
• Complete all course requirements before summer 2027 if currently studying.
• Demonstrate interest in financial markets through studies, work experience or extracurricular activities.
• Show curiosity about data and the ability to analyse information and develop solutions.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking, resilience, adaptability, focus and strong collaboration skills.
• Ideal candidates have unrestricted US work rights for the programme and permanent employment.

Recruitment Process

• Submit one application and resume; only the first application will be reviewed if multiple applications are submitted.
• Complete an untimed immersive online assessment about working at LSEG.
• Attend a strength-based video interview answering a series of questions.
• Complete a virtual, half-day assessment centre involving several exercises.
• Applications close on 28 November, with rolling review and possible earlier closure.
