About the role

A 12-month Engineering Graduate Programme in Fort Mill, starting September 2027, for final-year undergraduate or Master’s students and 2026 graduates. You will join an Engineering team, develop technical foundations, and contribute to software, platform, reliability, cyber security, service operations, financial engineering, or data science initiatives supporting LSEG’s financial-market infrastructure.

Role

  • Join an Engineering team permanently from day one and develop within a structured framework.
  • Work across software, platforms, reliability, quality, cyber security, service operations, financial engineering, or data science.
  • Build, operate, and improve secure, resilient platforms, products, services, and models supporting LSEG’s business.
  • Software and Platform Engineering focuses on applications, infrastructure, systems, and the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Reliability Engineering focuses on reducing performance and availability risks, preventing failures, and improving recovery.

Programme Development

  • Complete a 12-month development journey designed to build foundational skills for future success.
  • Learn about LSEG, financial markets, and the business through global induction.
  • Participate in Engineering Bootcamp, group projects aligned with LSEG goals, and the Ignite skills offsite.
  • Access industry-recognized qualifications, including five study days during the programme.
  • Connect with the global early careers community and participate in volunteering opportunities.

Recruitment Process

  • Submit an application and resume as the first recruitment stage.
  • Complete technical and coding assessments, followed by an immersive online assessment.
  • Attend a strength-based video interview and a virtual half-day assessment centre.

Work Arrangement and Compensation

  • The role is based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, with three days in the office each week.
  • The anticipated base salary is $106,000, with eligibility for an annual incentive plan.
  • Candidates should have unrestricted US work authorization for the programme and permanent employment.
