About the role
Join LSEG’s Markets division on a 12-month rotational graduate programme spanning capital markets and post-trade activities. You may support FX customers, market research, business intelligence, strategic initiatives, operational improvements, or risk teams. Graduates join permanently from day one, with structured development, qualifications, and exposure across LSEG’s financial-market businesses.
Role and rotations
- Join LSEG Markets, supporting businesses including London Stock Exchange, LSEG FX, Tradeweb, Turquoise, or LCH.
- Support FX customers by maintaining relationships, understanding business goals, sharing information, and handling post-sale activity.
- Research global markets, potentially covering debt listings, valuations, shareholder analysis, and geographic analysis.
- Deliver business intelligence, strategic initiatives, operational improvements, risk analysis, projects, or reporting.
- Contribute to product lifecycle activities while developing specialist skills as an individual contributor and team member.
Programme and development
- Complete a 12-month development journey focused on foundational skills for future success.
- Build knowledge through global and divisional inductions covering LSEG, financial markets, and the business.
- Participate in group projects aligned with LSEG goals.
- Attend Ignite, the midpoint skills offsite, with your graduate cohort.
- Access industry-recognised qualifications, including five study days during the programme.
- Connect with the global early careers community and participate in volunteering or CSR initiatives.
Recruitment process
- Submit an application and resume during the first recruitment stage.
- Complete an untimed Immersive Online Assessment designed to show what working at LSEG involves.
- Complete a strength-based video interview answering a series of questions.
- Attend a virtual half-day assessment centre involving several exercises.
Working arrangements
- Graduates join permanently from day one and align with one team for structured development.
- Employees spend three days in the office while working flexibly in a hybrid arrangement.
