About the role
The Global Business Consultant (GBC) supports revenue operations by managing renewals, pricing, contract alignment, and coordinating internal teams to enable Account Directors to focus on strategic client engagement and improve account outcomes.
Role Overview
- Specialized Revenue Operations partner protecting revenue and improving execution rigor.
- Owns renewal readiness, pricing support, contract and asset alignment.
- Coordinates internal partners to progress revenue-generating activities.
- Acts as a force multiplier for Account Directors to reduce execution risk.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage renewal hygiene, contract libraries, and renewal tracking.
- Support renewal processes including pricing execution and annual increases.
- Drive renewal pipeline progress and resolve contract discrepancies.
- Translate account strategy into structured plans and presentations.
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and sellers.
- Resolve operational issues like reporting discrepancies and aged debt follow-up.

- Strong collaboration and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of account strategy and commercial awareness in renewals.
- Experience managing complex workflows and supporting renewal management.

- Proficient in PowerPoint for executive presentations and advanced Excel skills.
Experience Profile
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or client-facing support roles.
- Preferred exposure to sophisticated accounts or global client portfolios.
- Highly desirable experience in renewal processes, pricing execution, or contract management.
