Pathways and Responsibilities
- Group Risk: support risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting
- Analyze risk data, support governance, reporting, and controls
- Collaborate with stakeholders and enhance risk frameworks and tools
- Data & Analytics: analyze large datasets to produce business insights
- Build dashboards, models, and quantitative tools; support cashflow modelling and collateral workflows

Candidate Requirements
- Final year undergraduate or Masters in STEM or Finance-related discipline
- Strong interest in financial markets, risk, or data analytics
- Curiosity for data analysis and problem-solving
- Programming experience, preferably Python, for Data & Analytics roles
- Strong communication, collaboration, focus, resilience, and adaptability
