Role Responsibilities
- Support Windows Server platforms including 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Clustering infrastructure.
- Follow ITIL processes and support operational teams.
- Deploy security updates using SCCM and maintain compliance.
- Manage vulnerabilities and support system upgrades.

Additional Responsibilities
- Support projects including infrastructure upgrades and cloud migrations.
- Provide shift, weekend coverage, and on-call support.
- Implement infrastructure automation using PowerShell and Python.

Candidate Profile & Key Skills
- Undergraduate or graduate keen to explore Microsoft Windows Server Infrastructure.
- Proficient in automation, scripting, GitHub, and Python.
- Familiar with Active Directory, PKI, ADFS, IIS, DNS, DHCP, KMS, RDS.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Experience with Windows Server OS and cloud monitoring tools like Datadog, SCOM.
