Engineering Intern - Business Analyst

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement elicitation and manage Change Requests (CR) to capture business needs.
• Analyze product impact and build acceptance criteria for CRs; review test cases.
• Facilitate functional refinement with development teams and maintain backlog visibility.
• Adhere to documentation standards for epic/story level requirements.
• Maintain traceability of requirements linked to test documents.
• Conduct sprint review sessions ('show and tell') on selected CRs.

Candidate Requirements

• Penultimate or final-year STEM students graduating between summer 2027 and 2028.
• Interest in financial markets and technology-driven business.
• Curiosity for data analysis and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with resilience and focus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Right to work in Sri Lanka without restrictions for 6 months starting Nov 2026.
