Role Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement elicitation and manage Change Requests (CR) to capture business needs.
- Analyze product impact and build acceptance criteria for CRs; review test cases.
- Facilitate functional refinement with development teams and maintain backlog visibility.
- Adhere to documentation standards for epic/story level requirements.
- Maintain traceability of requirements linked to test documents.

Candidate Requirements
- Penultimate or final-year STEM students graduating between summer 2027 and 2028.
- Interest in financial markets and technology-driven business.
- Curiosity for data analysis and strategic thinking skills.
