Intern, Application Management
This internship offers recent graduates industrial exposure supporting critical financial applications, resolving incidents, implementing fixes, and collaborating with business and IT teams. It includes 24x5 support with out-of-hours duties and opportunities to learn from domain experts.

Key Responsibilities
- Support LCH applications related to shared technical platforms and clearing services.
- Resolve incidents and problems using tools like DataDog, ServiceNow, and email alerts.
- Analyze issues, apply resolutions per change management procedures, and report status.
- Implement bug fixes and small functionality improvements, update source code and documentation.
- Coordinate release processes and follow ITIL standards and LCH policies.

Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain working relationships with business teams and management.
- Assist in project-related tasks as defined by project teams.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical field, or currently studying for a degree.
- Good understanding of database concepts and SQL.
- UNIX OS skills, with RHCSA certification helpful.
- Scripting skills in bash, shell, or Python.
- Experience supporting Java-based distributed platforms.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge
- Understanding of product development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Exposure to Jenkins, Ansible, and AWS Cloud technologies is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience working in individual and team projects.
- Ability to communicate clearly with IT, business teams, and senior management.
