Intern, Application Management
Internship role supporting LCH applications with incident resolution, bug fixes, and out-of-hours support. Gain experience in application management, collaborating with business teams and domain experts.

Role Responsibilities
- Support LCH applications related to shared technical platforms and clearing services.
- Resolve incidents and problems using tools like DataDog, ServiceNow, and email alerts.
- Apply fixes following LCH Change Management procedures and report status to teams.
- Implement bug fixes, update source code, and coordinate release processes.
- Provide out-of-hours support including overnight, weekends, and bank holidays.

Technical Skills and Experience
- Good understanding of database concepts and SQL.
- UNIX OS skills with scripting in bash, shell, and Python.
- Experience supporting Java-based distributed platforms.
- Familiarity with Apache Tomcat, Selenium testing, and version control (GIT/Bitbucket).
- Knowledge of product development lifecycle and methodologies.

- Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience working in individual and team projects.
- Ability to communicate clearly with IT, business teams, and senior management.
