About the role
Associate Content Analyst supporting corporate actions data for Refinitiv products in Asian non-English markets. The role combines data collection, research, database maintenance, quality improvement, client-query support, external-provider coordination, and collaboration across global Corporate Actions teams, with a focus on Korean and regional market coverage.
Role Scope
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete corporate actions data for Refinitiv products.
- Cover corporate events across South Korea and other non-English Asian markets.
- Research corporate actions and market events to understand local markets and business activities.
Responsibilities
- Use manual and automated tools to consolidate data and perform daily database maintenance.
- Improve data accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency through process enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Assist Client Support teams with customer queries relating to corporate actions data.
- Build and maintain relationships with external data providers.
- Update operating procedures, market policies, and regulatory documentation.
- Support global projects and collaborate with Corporate Actions colleagues across regions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated English proficiency, including strong reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work comfortably with numerical data.
- Diligent, patient, self-motivated, and willing to learn and develop continuously.
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills.
