About the role

LSEG’s People Function Graduate Programme offers a 12-month development journey in Bengaluru across HR areas including talent management, employee relations, learning and development, and HR operations. Graduates will work with HR technology, data, analytics and AI-enabled solutions while contributing to projects, process improvements and global initiatives.

Role and experience

• Complete structured rotations across talent management, employee relations, learning and development, and HR operations.
• Work with HR technology, data, analytics and emerging AI-enabled solutions.
• Contribute to process improvement, new ways of working, and cross-functional global initiatives.
