About the role

Lincoln International seeks 2027 Summer Analyst Interns for its Valuations & Opinions Group. Interns will support portfolio valuation, asset-backed finance, transaction opinions, and board advisory projects while developing valuation, financial analysis, research, and client communication skills across a dynamic, team-oriented investment banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio valuation, asset-backed finance, transaction opinion, or board advisory teams.
• Construct valuation analyses and case studies using comparable companies, precedent transactions, and discounted cash flow methodologies.
• Research economic conditions, industry trends, transactions, and investment attributes of public and private securities.
• Participate in due diligence meetings, client communications, and responses to auditor questions.
• Prepare client fee proposals, pitch materials, written valuation reports, and maintain proprietary databases.
• Coordinate recurring valuation projects and provide research, analytics, and ad hoc support.

Work Arrangement

• The internship is expected to be in person in Dallas, New York, or Atlanta offices.
• Lincoln International generally requires office work Monday through Thursday, with Fridays remote or office-based.
