Lincoln International offers a 3-6 month M&A internship in Berlin starting April 2027 for final year Master's students. Gain hands-on experience in financial advisory, deal execution, and corporate finance in a dynamic environment with structured training and mentoring.

Role and Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced bankers on all aspects of M&A transactions.
- Conduct market, industry, and company research.
- Support deal execution and draft marketing materials like teasers and information memorandums.
- Perform financial analyses, assist with valuations, and participate in due diligence and closing.
- Help prepare pitch presentations and support senior bankers with business development and meetings.

Qualifications
- Final year Master's student with strong academic background and interest in full-time Analyst role.
- Curious about business models, corporate strategy, and company growth.
- Previous internships in corporate finance, M&A, accounting, or valuation preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Proactive, adaptable, dependable, with good communication and collaboration skills.
