About the role
Lincoln International offers a 3-6 month M&A internship in Munich starting April 2027 for final year Master's students. Interns gain hands-on experience in financial advisory, deal execution, and corporate finance within a dynamic team environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct market, industry, and company research.
- Support deal execution and draft marketing materials like teasers and information memorandums.
- Perform financial analyses, assist with valuations, and participate in due diligence and closing.
- Help prepare pitch presentations and support senior bankers in business development.
- Gain exposure to all aspects of M&A transactions and processes.

Qualifications
- Final year Master's students with strong academic background.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent German and English skills; additional European languages a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
