M&A Internship (Q1 2027 - Master's Students Only)

Lincoln International offers a 3-6 month M&A internship in Munich starting January 2027 for final year Master's students. Interns gain hands-on experience in financial advisory, deal execution, and corporate finance within a dynamic team environment.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work alongside experienced bankers on all aspects of M&A transactions.
  • Conduct market, industry, and company research.
  • Support deal execution and draft marketing materials like teasers and information memorandums.
  • Perform financial analyses, assist with valuations, and participate in due diligence and closing.
  • Help prepare pitch presentations and support senior bankers with business development and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Final year Master's student with strong academic background.

  • Previous internships in corporate finance, M&A, or valuation preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive learning approach.
