Lincoln International offers a 3-6 month M&A internship in Berlin starting January 2027 for final year Master's students. Interns gain hands-on experience in financial advisory, deal execution, and corporate finance within a dynamic team environment.

Role and Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced bankers on all aspects of M&A transactions.
- Conduct market, industry, and company research.
- Support deal execution and draft marketing materials like teasers and information memorandums.
- Perform financial analyses, assist with valuations, and participate in due diligence and closing.
- Help prepare pitch presentations and support senior bankers with business development and meetings.
