Responsibilities
- Participate in sell-side, buy-side, merger, and LBO transaction tasks.
- Assist in preparing client presentations and information memoranda.
- Conduct industry research on target companies and market analysis.
- Perform sector analysis and financial valuation using DCF and multiples.
- Support all transaction execution activities.

Qualifications
- Currently studying at a business or engineering school seeking an investment banking internship.
- Solid financial knowledge including accounting, financial analysis, and valuation methods.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable using IT tools relevant to the role.
- Strong analytical, creative, and interpersonal skills.
