Lincoln International offers a January 2027 M&A internship in Paris, focusing on transaction origination and execution, financial valuation, and client presentation preparation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in sell-side, buy-side, merger, and LBO transaction tasks.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and information memoranda.
• Conduct industry research on target companies and market analysis.
• Perform sector analysis and financial valuation using DCF and multiples.
• Support all transaction execution activities.

Qualifications

• Currently studying at a business or engineering school seeking an investment banking internship.
• Solid financial knowledge including accounting, financial analysis, and valuation methods.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable using IT tools relevant to the role.
• Creative with ability to align ideas to client development strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
