M&A Internship Amsterdam (May-August 2027)

About the role

This four-month Amsterdam internship offers third-year bachelor’s or master’s students hands-on M&A experience from 1 May to 31 August 2027. Interns contribute to live pitches and transactions, develop analytical, financial and communication skills, receive mentorship and feedback, and may be considered for a permanent analyst position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and sector analyses to support client work.
• Contribute to pitches, information memoranda and other deal-related documents.
• Build and analyse financial models.
• Support business valuation assignments.
• Prepare buyer analyses for potential transactions.
• Assist with due diligence on live deals.

Training and Progression

• Participate in a comprehensive mentorship programme throughout the internship.
• Receive extensive feedback from colleagues to support a steep learning curve.
• Gain in-depth exposure to various aspects of M&A through live pitches and deals.
• Internship performance may create an opportunity to secure a permanent position.
