About the role

Full-time M&A internship in Lincoln International’s Stockholm office from January to June 2027. Interns support cross-border engagements for private equity and corporate clients, gaining exposure to clients, senior bankers, international deal teams, and substantial transaction activity within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Role and Exposure

• Join the Stockholm M&A advisory team, which covers Nordic transactions for private equity and corporate clients.
• Work on cross-border engagements with international clients and deal teams.
• Gain substantial client and senior banker exposure through a robust deal flow.
• Develop into a critical contributor within transaction teams.

Training and Development

• Receive proactive on-the-job training alongside global training programs.
• Build a global perspective through Lincoln International’s integrated international organisation.
• Work in a challenging, supportive, and team-oriented environment.
