Internship Role & Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced bankers on all aspects of M&A transactions.
- Conduct market, industry, and company research.
- Support deal execution and draft marketing materials like teasers and information memorandums.
- Perform financial analyses, assist with valuations, and identify buyer universe.
- Participate in due diligence, closing processes, and pitch presentation preparation.

Candidate Requirements
- Exceptional, well-rounded academic background.
- Curiosity for business models and corporate strategy.
- Previous internships in Corporate Finance, M&A, or valuation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable.
