About the role
Lincoln International offers a 3-5 month M&A internship in Brussels starting October 2026. Interns gain hands-on experience in financial advisory, deal execution, and corporate finance within a dynamic, mid-cap focused team.
Internship Offerings

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, industry, and company research.
- Support deal execution and draft marketing materials.
- Perform financial analyses and assist with valuations.
- Identify buyer universe and participate in due diligence.
- Assist in pitch presentation preparation.
- Support senior bankers in business development and meetings.
Candidate Requirements
- Exceptional academic background with curiosity for business models.
- Understanding of corporate strategy and company growth themes.
- Previous internships in Corporate Finance or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Candidate Preferences
- International experiences and perspectives valued.
- Fluency in Dutch and English required; French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
