About the Internship
- Duration: 3-5 months, starting end of February 2027 in Brussels.
- Work alongside experienced bankers on all aspects of M&A transactions.
- Exposure to marketing, origination, live projects, and execution.
- Small deal teams with sector focus: Industrials, Consumer, Tech, Business Services, Healthcare.
- Access to Wallstreet Prep, Lincoln Learning Platform, and Lincoln AI tool.
- Entrepreneurial environment with flat hierarchies and team exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, industry, and company research.
- Support deal execution and draft marketing materials like teasers and information memorandums.
- Perform financial analyses and assist with valuations.
- Identify buyer universe and participate in due diligence and closing.
- Prepare pitch presentations.
- Support senior bankers with business development and meeting preparation.
Candidate Requirements
- Exceptional academic background with curiosity for business models and corporate strategy.
- Previous internships in corporate finance, M&A, or valuation preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
