Intern M&A – Amsterdam (March 2027 – June 2027)

About the role

Lincoln International offers a four-month M&A internship in Amsterdam from March to June 2027. Interns gain hands-on experience in live deals, financial modeling, and valuations, with mentorship and potential for permanent hire.

Role and Responsibilities

• Contribute to live pitches and deal execution.
• Perform market and sector analyses.
• Prepare pitches, information memoranda, and deal documents.
• Build and analyze financial models.
• Conduct business valuations and buyer analyses.
• Support due diligence processes.

Qualifications

• Ambitious third-year bachelor or master’s students.
• Above-average academic results with extracurricular involvement.
• Motivated team player with interest in M&A.
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient in Dutch and English.

• Internship duration: 1 March 2027 to 30 June 2027.
