Lincoln International offers a 3-6 month M&A internship in Berlin starting April 2027 for final year Master's students. Interns gain hands-on experience in financial advisory, deal execution, and corporate finance within a dynamic team environment.

Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct market, industry, and company research.
- Support deal execution and draft marketing materials like teasers and information memorandums.
- Perform financial analyses, assist with valuations, and participate in due diligence and closing.
- Help prepare pitch presentations.
- Support senior bankers with business development and meeting preparation.

- Internships start quarterly, lasting 3-6 months from April 2027.
- Structured pre- and onboarding including induction day and mentoring program.
- Development opportunities such as intern pitch competition and networking events.

Qualifications
- Final year Master's students with strong academic background.
- Interest in transitioning to full-time Analyst role post internship.
- Previous internships in corporate finance, M&A, or valuation preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent German and English; additional European languages a plus.
