Female M&A Internship (Q2 2027 - Master's Students Only)

About the role

Lincoln International offers a 3-6 month M&A internship in Munich starting April 2027 for final year Master's students. Gain hands-on experience in financial advisory, deal execution, and corporate finance within a dynamic team environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced bankers on all aspects of M&A transactions.
• Conduct market, industry, and company research.
• Support deal execution and draft marketing materials like teasers and information memorandums.
• Perform financial analyses, assist with valuations, and participate in due diligence and closing.
• Help prepare pitch presentations and support senior bankers in business development and meetings.

Qualifications

• Final year Master's student with strong academic background.
• Interest in transitioning to a full-time Analyst role post-internship.
• Curiosity about business models, corporate strategy, and company growth.
• Previous internships in corporate finance, M&A, or valuation preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Proactive, adaptable, dependable, and good communication skills required.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional European languages a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
