Lincoln International offers a 3-6 month M&A internship in Munich starting January 2027 for Master's students. Interns gain hands-on experience in financial advisory, deal execution, and corporate finance within a dynamic team environment.

Role and Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced bankers on all aspects of M&A transactions.
- Conduct market, industry, and company research.
- Support deal execution and draft marketing materials like teasers and information memorandums.
- Perform financial analyses, assist with valuations, and participate in due diligence and closing.
- Help prepare pitch presentations and support senior bankers with business development and meetings.

Qualifications
- Master's students or final year Bachelor's with strong academic background.
- Curiosity about business models, corporate strategy, and company growth.
- Previous internships in corporate finance, M&A, or valuation preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable.

Language and Technical Skills
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- Additional European languages are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
