About the role

Lincoln International offers a 3-month Capital Advisory internship in Frankfurt for Master's students starting April 2027. Interns gain hands-on experience in corporate finance, deal execution, and financial analysis within a dynamic team environment.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market, industry, and company research.
  • Support deal execution and draft marketing materials like teasers and information memorandums.
  • Perform financial analyses and assist with capital structure assessments.
  • Participate in due diligence and closing processes.
  • Help prepare pitch presentations.
  • Support senior bankers with business development and meeting preparation.

Qualifications

  • Master's students or final year Bachelor's with strong academic background.
  • Interest in corporate finance, M&A, accounting, and credit fields.
  • Good understanding of corporate strategy and business models.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable.
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional European languages a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
