Lincoln International offers a 3-month Capital Advisory internship in Frankfurt for Master's students starting April 2027. Interns gain hands-on experience in corporate finance, deal execution, and financial analysis within a dynamic team environment.

Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct market, industry, and company research.
- Support deal execution and draft marketing materials like teasers and information memorandums.
- Perform financial analyses and assist with capital structure assessments.
- Participate in due diligence and closing processes.
- Help prepare pitch presentations.

Qualifications
- Master's students or final year Bachelor's with strong academic background.
- Interest in corporate finance, M&A, accounting, and credit fields.
- Good understanding of corporate strategy and business models.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attach university transcript and written references with application.
