Lincoln International offers a 3-6 month Capital Advisory internship in Berlin starting January 2027 for Master's students. Interns gain hands-on experience in corporate finance, deal execution, and financial analysis within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct market, industry, and company research.
- Support deal execution and draft marketing materials like teasers and information memorandums.
- Perform financial analyses and assist with capital structure assessments.
- Participate in due diligence and closing processes.
- Help prepare pitch presentations.

Qualifications
- Master's students or final year Bachelor's with strong academic background.
- Curiosity about business models, corporate strategy, and company growth.
- Previous internships in corporate finance, M&A, or credit-related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable.
