Role Responsibilities
- Prepare presentation materials and pitches for primary fundraises.
- Analyze client financials and assist in due diligence investigations.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and investor presentations.
- Communicate with Lazard's investor coverage and M&A teams.
- Manage virtual data rooms and investor due diligence responses.

Team and Business Lines
- Work within Lazard's Private Capital Advisory Group (PCA).
- PCA has three lines: Secondary Advisory, Private Equity and Credit Fund Placement, Real Asset Fund Placement.
- Collaborate with Associates, Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managing Directors.
- Engage in fundraising and secondary market transactions.
- Leverage a broad institutional investor network globally.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a US university, graduating Spring 2026 with a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical and quantitative skills with financial modeling experience.
- Proven academic excellence with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
