- Work on high-profile and cross-border M&A and divestiture transactions.
- Contribute to activism, takeover defense, and special committee assignments.
- Participate in restructuring and refinancing advisory efforts.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a US university with expected graduation in Dec 2026 or May/June 2027.
- Top academic performance with a strong quantitative background.
- Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Interest in financial advisory and capital markets.
