Internship in Legal & Compliance at Lazard Frères Banque starting July 2026 in Paris. Support General Counsel with legal research, contract review, and regulatory compliance projects.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support General Counsel on ongoing legal and compliance matters.
- Draft notes in French and English.
- Conduct legal research in corporate law and financial regulations (AMF, ACPR).
- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers for the bank and asset management.
- Update standard contracts for regulatory compliance.

Candidate Profile
- Pursuing Bac +4 or +5, law student or business school with legal focus.
- Knowledge of banking and asset management regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and oral.
