Responsibilities
- Prepare pitch materials and monitor investors and market dynamics.
- Prepare process documents and manage transaction processes.
- Build financial models and conduct analyses.
- Conduct in-depth sector research and prepare related papers.

Requirements
- Final-year student or in second part of gap year at top Business or Engineering School.
- Enrolled in Master 2 with focus on Corporate Finance or Financial Engineering.
- First internship experience in financial sector (investment banking, private equity, audit, etc.).
- Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Bilingual in French and English.
