Stage H/F – Sales Appel d’Offres (Gestion Institutionnelle) – Septembre 2026
Internship at Lazard Frères Gestion in Paris starting September 2026. Support sales and client relations in institutional asset management with a focus on RFPs and client communications.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support the Responsible for RFPs and Consultant Relations within a 4-person team.
- Participate in client questionnaires about the management company, funds, and ESG.
- Input responses into Qvidian database system.
- Develop and update expertise dossiers on flagship funds (Bonds, Equities, Multi-asset).
- Assist in developing activity tracking tools.

Additional Responsibilities
- Monitor commercial activity and respond to client or prospect inquiries (Institutional or Distributors).
- Attend weekly Equity and Rates management committees and monthly tactical and multi-asset fund meetings.
- Participate in client meetings and events.
- Collaborate with the commercial team handling institutional and distributor clients.

Candidate Requirements
- University or business school education in Market Finance/Asset Management (Master 1 or 2 level).
- Previous internship experience in finance or asset management.
- Good English proficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic VBA knowledge.
- Curious, autonomous, rigorous, and good interpersonal skills.
