Role and Responsibilities
- Work within the core development team on distributed trading systems.
- Design, code, test, and maintain high-performance infrastructure.
- Engage in full-cycle development, testing, and release using Agile.
- Take on production-targeted projects with continuous feedback.
- Collaborate closely with experienced software engineers and mentors.

Skills Required
- Experience with C++ programming on Linux.
- Experience with Python programming on Linux.
- Familiarity with Linux command line and Git/version control.
- Strong understanding of data structures and threading models.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with daily deployments.

Additional Desired Skills
- Past internship or job experience in software development is a plus.
- Advanced coursework in algorithms, network programming, operating systems, compilers.
- Experience in Rust programming language.
- Experience coding in a real work environment.
- Familiarity with technologies like gRPC, Kafka, Kubernetes, SQL, and others.
