Role and Responsibilities
- Work on FPGA team building ultra-low-latency systems for trading with machine learning.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers from leading FPGA and semiconductor companies.
- Solve complex problems in networking, high-performance computing, and real-time acceleration.
- Develop custom hardware solutions beyond off-the-shelf options.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Required Skills and Experience
- Undergraduate or graduate concentration in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience with FPGA or hardware/systems design and development.
- Proficiency in RTL languages like SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL.
- Previous internship experience in hardware or low-level software engineering.
- Experience with programming languages C, C++, or Python.

Additional Helpful Experience
- Knowledge of Claude Code and CocoTB verification tools.
- Experience with HLS or OpenCL programming.
- Programming close to hardware on CPU, GPU, or microprocessors.
- Linux kernel and driver programming experience.
- Background in robotics, telecommunications, or high-speed networking.
