Responsibilities
- Work with traders, operations, exchanges, and developers to optimize trading environment.
- Monitor health and performance of trading platform proactively.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex system, software, and network issues.
- Design and optimize network infrastructure for low latency trading applications globally.
- Build automation to improve production trading environment.

Additional Duties
- Manage and assess operational risk of change control in production environment.
- Define and document processes and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Required
- Major in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience with Linux/UNIX OS, advanced commands, and shell scripting.
- Practical knowledge of Python programming.
- Understanding of networking concepts like routing, multicast, and ethernet.
- Detail-oriented approach to operations and clear communication under pressure.
