Role and Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and maintain distributed trading systems and supercomputers.
- Work alongside experienced engineers to learn advanced C++, Python, SDLC, and test automation.
- Contribute to technology groups focused on market data, order entry, risk management, simulation, or UI development.
- Deploy new software daily in a fast-paced team environment.
- Solve complex problems and build optimal software solutions from scratch.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in C++ or Python development on Linux platforms.
- Strong understanding of data structures and threading models.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Passion for solving complex problems and building software from scratch.
- Interest in hardware, networking, and OS design for high-performance software.

Preferred Qualifications
- Past internship or job experience in software development is a plus.
- Advanced coursework in algorithms, network programming, operating systems, or compilers.
- No finance or economics experience required.
