About the role
Two-year, full-time rotational analyst program in London supporting JPMorganChase’s global businesses and corporate functions. Analysts develop technical, analytical and leadership skills through hands-on training and three rotations focused on analytics, project management and process improvement, contributing to growth, strategy, operational effectiveness and risk management.
Program structure
- Complete hands-on training followed by three eight-month rotations across business lines and corporate functions.
- Build foundational knowledge and professional skills in analytics, project management and process improvement.
- Receive support identifying a subsequent role after successfully completing the program.
- This program is not designed for front-office, external client-interaction or software-engineering interests.
Responsibilities
- Analyse data to identify connections between business opportunities, challenges and underlying information.
- Compile analysis and present findings concisely and effectively to stakeholders.
- Participate in project lifecycle phases, engage resources and build relationships to meet project goals.
- Track, analyse and report project issues while evaluating and documenting potential solutions.
- Improve processes, organisations, people or technology by testing hypotheses and sizing opportunities.
- Synthesize findings, formulate recommendations and develop change-support materials.
Requirements
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027.
- Well-rounded academic background with excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Ability to process large amounts of information, develop innovative solutions and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analytics, process or flow charting and other business tools.
- Relevant internship experience and demonstrated leadership in a school or community organisation.
