About the role
This skills-led Spring Insights programme offers students graduating in 2029 an introduction to JPMorganChase’s London technology teams. Participants explore engineering’s real-world impact, practise coding, logical problem-solving and creative thinking through technical workshops and challenges, and build understanding through panels, networking, simulations and collaborative activities.
Programme experience
- Explore JPMorganChase technology teams through detailed sessions about their work.
- Learn how engineers turn ideas into solutions with real-world impact.
- Practise coding fundamentals, logical problem-solving, digital literacy and creative thinking.
- Complete hands-on technical workshops, practical challenges, skills-led exercises and simulations.
- Attend analyst and associate panels, interactive Q&A sessions and networking opportunities.
Application process
- Submit a complete application including your CV and relevant application questions.
- After initial review, eligible applicants receive an invitation to complete a HackerRank coding challenge.
- The HackerRank assessment is required and takes approximately 60–90 minutes.
- Applications should be completed promptly because programmes close as positions are filled.
